Sophisticated regency mahogany writing desk with inlaid leather top. Two wide drawers in the front with an additional four smaller ones on desk top for organizing office accessories! Lovely brass trim to top. Made by Baker Furniture in the 1940s. A handsome work station that can roll around your apartment to set up in every corner! Finished back. Surface height is 28.5 inches. Kneehole measures 11.5″ deep and 23.25″ high. In good condition, some staining to leather top, scratching and surface wear in line with age of the piece. Legs and feet have been bracketed.
