Description
– This solid wood cedar chest was found in the attic of a house built in 1905 and then moved to a basement where damp conditions took their toil. She was headed straight for the trash pile, but we saw her hidden beauty and brought her back to life!
– Completely sanded, primed, painted and sealed with polyurethane. Cedar lining was sanded and polished with Howard’s Feed’N’Wax.
– Mustard yellow with black accents. The damaged top had veneer removed and was covered with an intricate paintable wallpaper which was then coated with enamel for durability.
– Ready to make a statement and hold treasures for many more years to come!
– One-of-a-kind treasure with a beautiful story to tell.
